Hazeltine National Golf Club opened for play in 1962 and has since earned a reputation as one of the nation’s premier golf courses.   Designed by world renowned course architects Robert Trent Jones and Rees Jones, it has hosted 11 major championships, including the U.S. Open, U.S. Women’s Open, U.S. Senior Open and the PGA Championship, which was held at Hazletine this August and featured a showdown between eventual victor Y.E. Yang and early leader Tiger Woods.  The club will also host the 2016 Ryder Cup.
